We provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our skincare products. We ship via UPS Ground to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. We take great care in packaging your orders to maintain the quality of the products during transit. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we strive to offer the best value for our customers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Butter Bawse, the health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.
Since there are no preservatives, our butters and balms could melt under extreme temperatures, or if left in mailboxes for extended periods in warm climates. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.
All orders are carefully packed before shipping, therefore, we are not responsible after the order has been shipped. Please note, even if the product melts, it still has the same organic benefits.
